Absolutely the best medical experience I’ve had in Canada. Just so kind, knowledgeable, non judgmental, understanding, and friendly. Felt truly heard with my BC concerns.
Doctors helped me previous years with an issue, I didn’t want to see a male doctor for. Won’t help me now. Ps. I have been to this clinic over the same issue so it’s highly disappointing they’re just going to leave me untreated this time. I thought this was a place to help women?
My IUD insertion was a genuinely positive experience, and I can’t recommend the place enough. The nurse was incredibly sweet, compassionate, and informative. She made the whole process feel so much more comfortable and clear. The doctor was outstanding as well, taking the time to listen and help guide me to the birth control option that was truly the right fit for my case. This place has been an absolute dream, from the reception to the nurses to the doctors. Everyone was so kind and took the time to listen to any questions or concerns I had. I had called everywhere within 200km to get an appointment and nothing was available until April, I showed up at 9:30am on a Tuesday morning and had an IUD by 1pm, considering that no one else could see me until April that is beyond amazing. This place is truly amazing—I feel completely understood and never judged. The doctor and nurses are incredibly kind and patient, always taking the time to educate you, which I really appreciate. While the wait times can be long, arriving early in the morning makes a big difference. When I’ve shown up right at opening, I’ve never waited more than about 30 minutes.
