They are nice, attentive, patient and friendly. They’re very warm and knowledgeable. They assist patients with care and are respect. I couldn’t recommend them more. I’ve been their patient for over 6 years and have no complaints whatsoever.
I’ve been going here for 2 years and officially moving to another clinic. Absolutely horrible front desk lady. I called for hours today - no response, no call back. When someone finally answered, she was extremely condescending and rude. At the end of the call, she said she’s in the middle of clinic and hung up. Do people not call during clinic hours? I know you’re in clinic. It’s not hard to be a half decent receptionist. Hope they get new staff!
The wait time is absolutely ridiculous here. They need to have better scheduling skills because you have a 3:20pm appointment and at 4pm they are telling you there are two people ahead of you. It’s absolutely crazy just to get a refill on birth control pills. I don’t recommend this clinic at all.
