Phone system is broken had an A very important issue that I needed to see my doctor was time sensitive matter so I was forced to go to an emergency room, which was a huge inconvenience. Waited for hours to get medication only because your phone system is broken in 2026. That seems pretty ridiculous and this has been an ongoing problem. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
