I genuinely have never seen a more unorganized and less efficient group of individuals than the ones responsible for this Obria. I cannot count the amount of times I have come in as the only patient in sight, yet it takes 20 minutes past my appointment time to be acknowledged, and another 15 minutes to be called in. Once in the room, it takes another 30 minutes before actually being assisted, so it really makes you question what is happening in that time if there are no other patients. I try to call to make an appointment but they never answer
WORST PLACE EVER I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all. My wife went three times to the clinic, and every time she goes there, Renee Smith, the manager asks my wife to go to the ER right away, and after spending many hours there -over six hours-, the ER doctor mentioned that no medical reason to be at the ER, which puts my wife in more stress and pregnancy risks. This also means that Renee is unprofessional. Besides, she didn’t allow us to meet with Dr. Anzaldo at all.
