If I could give 0 stars I would…my niece was there giving birth today with her first child…my niece’s mother was there to enjoy the birth of her babies baby and was treated so badly!!! The charge nurse interrupted my niece’s labor and told her that her mother couldn’t be in the hallway and couldn’t be on the phone and made her go to the waiting room!!! If you don't want your baby taken from you I'd suggest you don't go here! The nicu receptionist lies and so does the entire team of nicu! They don't tell or explain what they are doing throughly and they will lie to cps and say you don't understand condition of your baby and you neglect your baby I will never ever go here again they will contact cps in Marshfield clinic and they contact the county human services and they hold the baby till they find a foster home. They are aweful.
Sum of the nurses were slow to come to the room or took there time and talked behind my back while I was standing right there 10 feet away. Very upsetting how they put moms last
