We hired Nicole Paluso and her company to bill our insurance company for the midwife services for our birth. Insurance company never received the claim. Nicole didn't follow up. I had to submit the claim to the insurance company, but at that point it was not timely filing. Nicole did not respond to my emails. No opportunity to appeal due to timeliness issues. We received no reimbursement on the $10k paid to the midwife.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. We had a horrible experience and we wasted our money and time. The cusomer service is beyond ridiculous. They sent us a random lactiation consultant for an initial appointment - without being introduced to us in advance or anything at all. You have no idea which person will be, because neither they can tell you nor they are listed on their website... Terrible! I waited weeks for an appointment and then the consultant flaked twice just minutes before each appointment and then didn't respond back to my last message. I emailed the office manager letting her know and asking to be seen by someone else and got no response. Worst customer service ever. Don't waste your time.
