Booked Birstall Plumbing and Heating to service Mums boiler, Chand is very professional and courteous. He found the problem and ordinarily the situation would have left mum without hot water and heating for a couple of days, but he went over and above to ensure everything was fixed and working before he left, as mum has dementia and didn’t understand why there was no water from the hot tap.
