Working with Birsch is always a great experience! Jeff, Abby, and Oneida are professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and always able to provide quick support.
I placed an online order almost a month ago and received zero confirmation, zero phone calls, and nobody answers the phone there... Wish I had something good to say about them. I can't even contact them via their online contact info because the website isn't secure. I thought we were in 2025?
I can't say enough good things about the people here. Their customer service is fantastic. They bent over backwards helping me find a specific product that I needed. If you need any cleaning products for yourself or your business I would highly recommend them. Support a great locally owned business!
