Heavily unorganized. Rescheduled an appointment through phone and was informed to come today.. I arrive and they say they have availability Thursday. There’s 3 of them at the desk and was one person in the waiting room (there’re not busy enough or understaffed to be that slow) Update: the unorganization continues and they’re generating blatant lies.
