Heavily unorganized. Rescheduled an appointment through phone and was informed to come today.. I arrive and they say they have availability Thursday. There’s 3 of them at the desk and was one person in the waiting room (there’re not busy enough or understaffed to be that slow) Update: the unorganization continues and they’re generating blatant lies. This was my first time visiting this place. The optometrist I visited was very professional and he didn't hesitate to answer some questions I asked regarding my eye health. In addition Paula did a great job assisting me to find a good pair of spectacles. Her patience and communication skills are highly appreciated by me. Thank you for your wonderful service.
