instructor qualifications – I do not believe the teachers are qualified. Many are native speakers but that does not qualify one to teach. The majority of instruction is vocabulary based which does not promote langauge acquisition. I have witinessed instruction and I was not impressed. Profit seems to be the main goal at this school not language promotion. Buyer beware.
