The previous time that I had been to Biron, I had not had a good experience. The person taking the blood test had not bothered to tighten the tourniquet tightly enough and was unable to find my veins. She had tried SEVERAL times, on both arms, and the following day both my arms were bruised and sore. This had never happened in my life! I swore that I would not go back.
