My urine sample was contaminated, and I was told by phone that I’m expected to pay again to repeat the test. That is completely unreasonable and frankly unacceptable. Clients should not be penalized financially for a contaminated sample. This is poor business practice and does nothing to build trust in your lab. I will be taking all future testing elsewhere as it’s very clear that Biron does not stand behind its services.
