Mon mari a été facturé alors qu’il est couvert par ses assurances. On n’aurait jamais dû avoir à payer, mais on a quand même été chargés. Depuis deux semaines, malgré nos appels répétés, on n’a toujours pas reçu de remboursement. On nous donne des réponses contradictoires (problèmes informatiques, assurances, Biron…), mais rien n’avance. Très décevant comme service.

Service incroyable chez Biron et des résultats rapides qui vous mettent en confiance. Heureusement, j’ai une assurance qui me permet d’utiliser ce service. Les infirmières sont gentilles, empathiques et compréhensives. La secrétaire est formidable. Je recommanderai ce service à ma famille et à mes amis.☺️
Hier, j’ai fait ma prise de sang dans ce point de service. L’infirmière était négligée dans sa tenue, elle n’a pas désinfecté ses mains et n’a pas mis de gants. Après la procédure, j’ai eu un gros hématome au bras.
