I recently had an experience with Steve, and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. From the start, it was very difficult to get a hold of him. I had to call four times and left three voice messages, none of which were returned. This lack of communication added to my frustration and disappointment. My goal was to engage with six contractors and obtain four bids for my project, given the current inflationary economy that some are still taking advantage of. After speaking with a number of builders, we chose to work with Steve and his team on our whole house renovation, and we are so glad we did. The experience and knowledge Steve brought to the project were invaluable, and his attention to detail was outstanding.
