Personnel souriant et professionnelles
I booked some blood tests with Biron, and they were already way more expensive than other private clinics. They then sent me to another location for more tests just 30 minutes later because it was the closest availability. I rushed to get there and had to change my plans, only to get a call from the secretary saying she made a mistake and that my appointment was actually the next day. Pretty frustrating experience overall. Not very organized, especially considering the price
