Kyle was great in solving our kitchen drain leaking problem. He was at our home very quickly assessed the problem and made two options for us to consider. After selecting the preferred option the work was done in a timely basis. After the work was completed the work area was cleaned probably better than when he started. Great service from a well established company. Would highly recommend Bernie Plumbing and if needed again in future would ask fro Kyle from Bernie Plumbing. Thanks again for great service. Greg P

Consumers beware of this company. They will absolutely try to rip you off! It was almost criminal how much they over priced a simple job. I have used this company before a couple of years ago and I thought they were good and so was their pricing. Fast forward to the beginning of December when my faucet (diverter) in my shower broke. Since I had used them before and was happy I called them again. They sent out a nice guy that I will not name. Called this company for a quote on two simple jobs: • Replace a tub faucet • Install a Vogo shower head For a plumber (or even an apprentice), this should be a 20–30 minute job. Instead: • The plumber showed up hours late. I had to call to find out where he was. • The quote came back at an outrageous $1,019 (see attached). • On top of that, they tried to push a membership plan. • When I called to complain, they didn’t care. Quick search on the internet after discovering we had an overflow of water in our laundry sink. We called Birnie plumbing and had the best customer service and had a plumber at our door within 3 hours. Jacob was an amazing plumber who quickly identified the issue, gave several options and let us choose the best solution for us. We choose the hydro scrub with high pressure water to unclog the pipes. We also got to see video from the main water area in our house to over 100 feet out to the city drain. Jacob was very polite... read more

Thanks to Birnie Plumbing for an excellent job done. Chad showed up right away, quickly identified the issue and resolved it the same day. Chad was friendly and very knowledgeable and his experience clearly showed through in the quality of his workmanship. I would highly recommend Chad/Birnie Plumbing for any plumbing/drain issue. It is easy to understand why Birnie has been in business for so long. Great workmanship, pricing and people. Thanks again Chad.
