I decided to hire this company due to higher rating, and I can definitely say that this company is really good at their job. Eric B. (technician) was able to determine a belly on the main sewer pipe which is on the city limits upon inspection, which wasn't determine by the previous company I hired 6 months ago. Their video quality is really clear compared to the previous company I hired. Therefore if you're hiring a company to fix your sewer backup issues, this company is highly recommended.
Absolutely a 5 star experience! From start to finish. The lady booking the call was very efficient and understanding to the problem a was calling about. They called to let me know when the truck was approx 30 minutes away. When the two team members arrived they were very polite and pleasant to speak with.
