Quick search on the internet after discovering we had an overflow of water in our laundry sink. We called Birnie plumbing and had the best customer service and had a plumber at our door within 3 hours. Jacob was an amazing plumber who quickly identified the issue, gave several options and let us choose the best solution for us. We choose the hydro scrub with high pressure water to unclog the pipes. They provides prompt and efficient service. I had time constraints and they met them. Unfortunately, I am terrible with names, so I can’t name the fantastic service man who came to do the needed work…sorry. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves from the company!! He explained everything, did the work quickly, and showed me all that he had done! Work space was clean and tidy. I couldn’t be happier with this company and would not hesitate to use them again!! This is our first experience with Bernie Plumbing and we can honestly say that in 35 years of home ownership we’ve never dealt with a more professional and customer friendly business.
