This little par 27 is great fun at a great rate. Can play in 55 min if alone on the course. Most days 1 hour 20 minutes.
Great par 3 course to work on short game. Sand on every hole so must be able to hit greens.
You can sneak out to the pond on the fairway of the 3rd hole and scoop up lost balls and sell them to the guy in the gray house across the street from the Clubhouse if you're me in 1990.
