⭐️ 1 Star (If I could give 0, I would) This was hands down the worst medical experience I have ever had with my son. We came in for what was supposed to be a consultation, yet the surgeon rushed straight into wanting to take my son back for surgery without giving me ANY information. No explanation of what was happening, no discussion about the type of medication or sedation being used — absolutely nothing. I had a tooth extracted here and had little-to-no explanation on how the process itself would go before i was put under anesthesia. i also woke up from the anesthesia before they were done working feeling a very high level of pain, and was immediately walked out to my car stumbling as soon as they were finished. My mother, who was my ride after the procedure, also had very little instruction on aftercare or what to expect over the course of the next few days while healing. This place is AWESOME. I was so nervous walking in to get my surgery done, but the staff made sure to make me feel comfortable. The anesthesiologist did her best to distract me from the whole process as she set the mask on my face and talked about my hair color! She was extremely gentle and kind, she put an IV in my hand and I didn’t even feel it! I don’t even remember falling asleep and never felt dizzy or had blurry vision before going out. My wife had a consultation today, and they were able to resolve the issue right away. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The doctor was really kind and approachable. I highly recommend them to anyone!
