I highly recommend this practice! Great care provided by Kaylie Franklin. The office staff was very welcoming and I was called back immediately after I checked in. The medical assistant was very caring while gathering information prior to the provider coming in. Great overall experience!
I cannot say enough positive things about my experience here today. Online system is super easy . Parking was a breeze compared to my previous place at the hospital. I did complete my paperwork online so when I came in all I had to do was pay and sign. They called my name within 2 minutes. In the past at my previous place I would wait at least 30 min in the waiting and 30 min in the exam room. My entire appointment including blood work was 25 minutes! Had an appointment a few months ago and expressed that I'm going through perimenopause or menopause (entire eyelashes falling out at once, gained 15 lbs in 6 weeks, extra menstrual cycles in between usual monthly cycles, etc). The doctor seemed to be understanding and listened well at the time. She said that we'd schedule some lab work and then she would call me to discuss next steps. Someone called and left a VM. I have called 3 times to follow up and only seem to be transferred from one office to another, and given a voice... read more

I had my annual wellness appointment today with Dr. Damrich and also my mammogram. Dr. Damrich is so nice and unhurried, answering all my questions and explaining what to expect. The x-ray technician was extremely nice and the lab tech did an excellent job of getting my vein without hurting me. I am very pleased with my care and especially the fact that there is an office in Hoover as I would be traveling a long way if I had to go to Grandview. I have nothing but good things to say.
