Great place
I have lived here for over 20 years. Last 5 have been decreasing in overall curb appeal and upkeep. Maintenance is non existent-even after multiple requests for simple jobs put thru Mgt company. Full time employee is never on site. Constant increase in Mgt fees with no improvements to buildings or grounds. Pool area is a disgrace. Board manages with a sole proprietor attitude and disregards owners. Has no accountability /“management” of salaried employee. Management company TH management is inadequate on resolving requests.
Seem okay.. everything in Birmingham is over priced, ridiculous!!
