Great Surgery, nice doctors and reception staff, We have been seeing Dr Haidar multiple times, an amazing doctor, knowledgeable, considerate and kind. Can’t thank him enough.

Spoke to Raesa from reception - absolutely vile service, very rude on the phone and does not know how to speak properly. If I could give zero stars, she would be in the minuses. Zero to none service, and definitely no skills in working a professional job/receptionist.

I’m very disappointed with the level of care I received. Despite multiple appointments, my symptoms were not properly investigated, and I was misprescribed medication instead of being referred for further testing. It wasn’t until I was in an extremely bad state and ended up in hospital that I was finally diagnosed with severe ulcerative colitis. Zain Mehmood, This person should not be allowed to call themselves a doctor. First of all, it’s clear they lack the proper credentials and training—nothing about the visit felt professional or reassuring. I came in expecting a medical consultation and left more confused and concerned than when I arrived. The worst part? Their time management is non-existent.
