I like Dr Herndon. I would like to make a few suggestions. Be sure to communicate with your patients, both the Doctor and staff. I realize Doctors have many patients to see, and I try to respect their time. The way things were done the last time a patient was there may have changed since the last time the patient had an endoscopy and colonoscopy at the same time. My procedure was on a Monday. Extremely polite. Took time to ask important questions. Answered my questions in detail at a level I understood. Insured i was fully informed and understood what I needed to do.
