The medical staff is excellent. I can’t say that for the check in customer reception staff. They act like an insurance card collection agency. I didn’t know that I had to bring my Medicare card especially since they already had the number for the pharmacy and had already determined the cost of the procedure. I had prepared for my procedure over 24 hours only to arrive and have them tell me because I didn’t have my Medicare card with me I couldn’t get the procedure.
