100% best ever!!! We are SO grateful for Bill Birmingham. Hottest day in June, a tree fell on our power line and ripped the box off the side of our house. Bill got a permit, did the repairs, and got it inspected so Duke Energy could have our power back on. This was all done in ONE DAY, on a FRIDAY!!?!! He worked 12 hours with the sun beating down on him for most of it. Did I mention he got an inspector to approve his repairs after hours. Yup. Did that too.
