I went to the Jackson location today and the lady at the front office was RUDE! I had a groupon coupon that I paid \$119 to get a Botox treatment and she said i couldnt use it because I used one 2 years before. I explained to her that I understood, but it was an honest mistake and I drove 45 minutes away, and could she make an exception....she was really Rude and refused and told me to read the fine print. After a thorough research in Jackson first, then Ann Arbor, my wife and I chose Birmingham cosmetic surgery, mostly based on other patients recommendations, but also reviewing other surgeons work on their website. I had a breast Augmentation done 5 years ago with Dr. Rifai and 5 years later they look terrible! He gave me a larger size than I asked for, didnt offer me a breast lift (which now I know I should have had), only saw him once after surgery for a few seconds and he acted like he was in a hurry and couldnt be bothered with me. If he had a good eye for plastic surgery, he would have seen that he put way too large of an implant in for my frame.
