Oh my goodness I have had an amazing appointment. Every single member of staff treated me so well. They were all so kind, supportive, professional and caring. No matter how difficult their job is, they still take time to make you smile. A huge thankyou to everyone there you are Wonderful !! so proud of our NHS in these difficult times 🫶
Absolutely lovely staff. Made me feel completely at ease. Very friendly to myself and my husband who accompanied me for my appointment. No hassle, no problem. And no waiting. Arrived 5 minutes before appointment time. And was taken straight in. My husband was asked if he wanted to go in with me. Which he did. Everything was explained to us. And all in layman’s terms. I can’t remember the first nurses name but she was in training and was very nice and put us at complete ease. I had an X-ray. bloods taken. All the usual tests.... read more
I received an excellent level care. I used the various lifts throughout the clinic. The staff were kind courteous warm and professional. I felt very comfortable and I would happily go there again. Thank you doesn't seem enough to say but its meant
