Purchased an a1 for my daughter today , the car was exactly as described , the drive home 9o miles was faultless , at face value it was a no nonsense deal (just what I like ) she’s really happy with it So hopefully there will be no issues with the car as its history is perfect
I purchased a bmw x3 and that seemed easy, happy to drop it to me at my cost, within the first day a drivetrain sensor error came up on the dash so they collected it and after 8 days i finally got the car back and then a week after that the central looking failed and left me and my disabled partner locked in the car for hours and had to pay a mechanic to help and then get it fixed which i appreciate was paid for by the garage. Avoid like the plague dealing with this company has been nothing but stress . Still waiting for a refund of £4000 pounds from December there customer service is none existent. Everything is emails . Constantly fobbed off . Not a trust worthy company . Our advice is don't buy a car online especially from these you will be disappointed. We stupidly paid cash . Learned a big lesson that some company's are not what they say online
I bought a mazda 6 takuya from "car central Birmingham " in 2023. The first 12 months of motoring in said car cost me nearly 2k in repairs including the dpf which was apparently checked. Absolute crap car that is still sat doing nothing on my drive because it wasn't worth a fart....the brakes were awful and the mechanic who looked for me questioned how it had 12 months mot???? Also I ended up with service history from a completely different mazda. Be careful buying from here my experience wasn't good at all. AVOID.
Absolutley dreadful. Do not buy with confidence. The aftersales team have no interest in assisting with problems they wash their hands of you once they have your money. Warranty not worth the paper it's written on. Left me hanging without a vehicle, no sense of good will or assistance despite taking 4K off me. Really poor, not even a phone call to discuss just email. The stereo type of dodgy second hand dealership. Gutted.
