I'm glad others had a good experience with BBA. Mine was the complete opposite and if I could give them minus stars, I would. After having hearing aids from Costco for 8 years, I was referred to BBA by my insurance company, because Costco was not on their approved provider list. I have arthritis in my hands, so need rechargeable batteries and help changing my domes. Costco changed my domes monthly as a walk-in without charge.
