Wendy and Phillip were lovely hosts... on our road trip through Goolwa. The location and ambiance were surburb. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay.
We had an amazing 3 day stay. The Boathouse Retreat is such a delightful, quiet, beautiful place to unwind & relax. There's so much to down around the Goolwa area. Wineries, Brewery's, plenty of Restaurants & Cafe's. Do yourself a favour & take a drive to Lake Breeze Winery near Langhorne Creek & sample their great wines & Food.
A beautiful quiet experience. Was amazed at the goodies you supplied to make our stay so wonderful. (Bread, orange juice, cereal, jams, all sourced local made it special.) Thank you so much. Will recommend for sure.
Superb place..photos don't do it justice. A very special and private place with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We will definitely return!
