This guy did an appraisal for my girlfriend's property and missed the mark by a bunch. it seems like he's more interested in protecting himself from the banks and I'm not sure he wasn't in cahoots with the realtor to get a low appraisal so the realtor could sell it really easy. I just saw 3 sales 2 days ago from Zillow that was in the same zip code and these homes had less to offer and they sold for a whole lot more than what he appraised her house at.
