If you want someone intimidated into silence, these are the guys you need. I don't know how much it cost their client. We used Birketts for the sale and purchase of a property. They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and extremely thorough. You can go cheap with conveyancing services, but I've heard the horror stories, and relatively speaking the additional costs were nothing relative to the value of the sale. Everything went smoothly and I would use again; highly recommend.
It would be nice if they answered the telephone. One of the top law firms in the country and they can't answer the phone? How about a reference on a letter, or a name on the bottom? Just a thought!
