This job was over budget and 9 months to build a 200square foot room and 1/2 bath. David is a good framer, if he is doing the work himself it is good. The only SKILLED workers he used were his electrician and his plumber. Everyone else was from some street corner job pool. It took three attempts to texture this project. Two front windows had to be redone due to them not being straight, the top of one window was arched. Nice work
It was great meeting up with David for a 3D Render Consultation. He was receptive and understanding of what we are looking for in our project and provided excellent feedback and suggestions. David was also very prompt, meeting at the exact time that was scheduled.
Very nyc places if you find for construction
Difficult project. Several visits to get the job done right. Included sheetrock, plumbing and flooring. Would have cost more to hire each separate trade.
