I was a new patient and I found the whole process really efficient- staff were lovely at reception and the doctor was extremely thorough
Initially, a specific reception staff member was cold and not particularly helpful. However, Dr Jessica Brown was highly professional, thorough and very judicious in her plan of care - test results were transparent & explained fully. Would highly recommend Birkenhead Medical Centre for their quality Drs.
In pain and highly frustrated by technology, I (twice) phoned the centre for assistance. Both team members I spoke with were very happy to assist. this helped alleviate my stress. The two doctors who consulted with me, Dr Szubert and Dr Laverty, were most professional yet personal at the same time.
