I went to have my West Elm comforter dry cleaned and they ruined it. It was returned to me FULL of lint and without the sheen of the original comforter. It was also returned to me with a horrible musty order. Instead of apologizing they initially refused and argued with me to refund me. Now I am to scramble to purchase another comforter during the winter and holiday months. No accountability whatsoever. Do not go here.
