Took an expensive shirt to get dry cleaned. When I went to pick it up, it had stains all over it that were not there before. They cleaned it again and when I went to pick it up, stains were better but not gone. The man seemed frustrated with me; the paying customer for a shirt they ruined. I asked for my money back on the cleaning fee- 7.00. So, 100 dollar shirt gets ruined and no accountability. I wish them the best and don’t like giving bad reviews but I will NEVER use this place again.

This was by far the worst dry cleaning experience ever! I took my brand-new garment in, having only worn it once, and when I picked it up, it was completely ruined with horrible discoloration. The dry cleaner clearly used the wrong chemicals or process on my garment. When I confronted the owner, he flat-out denied everything and ran away from his responsibility like a coward—no apology, no compensation, just pure negligence. I have been using them for years and always find them to be professional, accommodating, helpful, and fairly priced. They make the service very easy, quickly turn around time on cleaning and hemming to accommodate my schedule and needs.
