They shrank my $278 boiled wool Eileen Fisher sweater! I took a grey small and a brown Xxs in the same material,same age. The Xxs brown came back fine and the grey is 1/2 the size. It is obvious they washed it and it shrank. I showed it to him a the reply was,"It's not my problem." He told me it was the material and I needed to complain to Eileen Fisher. amazing service and good prices
I went to have my West Elm comforter dry cleaned and they ruined it. It was returned to me FULL of lint and without the sheen of the original comforter. It was also returned to me with a horrible musty order.
Has lost 2 very expensive outfits of mine got blown off for weeks. Outfits, each $500, and above be careful. They take no responsibility, have to take them to court
