I haven't been to Birkdale Vets in a long while and I was apprehensive because I had some recent poor experiences at an (different) after hours vet. The vet I saw put me at ease even though I nervously overtalked, and she still took the time to explain things thoroughly and make common sense recommendations without pushing an agenda. She genuinely seemed to like cats which makes a world of difference.
