Birkdale Medical Centre consistently provides outstanding care. Liz is exceptional — warm, patient, and genuinely compassionate. She always takes the time to listen and makes you feel comfortable and important. It’s rare to find such a caring and dedicated professional.
The recepionist needs lessons in customer service. Absolute disgrace
I haven’t had the best experience with this centre. The fees that occur if you miss an appointment is excessive . It is currently $40 . I was late one day and they called me as I had totally forgotten due to a busy day and when I spoke to them I asked if I could come in later or now but they said I could not but it was going to cost me $40 if I want to come back. Unfortunately I can not as I can not afford this in today’s situation where living expenses have increased so much. So I have chosen to change centres to the doctor... read more
I recently saw Dr Claire Connole. She is so lovely & made me feel really comfortable. The reception staff are always so friendly.
staff are all very helpful and friendly - reception staff, nurses and doctors can’t be praised highly enough
