The front desk staff was friendly and check-in was easy. However, compared to other dental practices I have visited, my clinical experience here felt somewhat subpar. My wife and I have been to a few different dental offices over the years, and unfortunately, this practice fell short of the standard of care we are used to.
Dr Steven Liu is outstanding! Extremely professional, explains everything clearly and in detail, super meticulous with his work. Highly recommend!
My family have been seeing Steven and Alice since we moved to the Birkdale area 10+ years ago. The staff are always friendly and the service is exceptional. Steven is extremely thorough during our check-up appointments and we get the same high-quality service every time we attend. We highly recommend this practice.
