Bought a car from here Friday the 17th of October ,had it a few days now and it runs like a dream ,was a hassle free experience and the car was immaculate when I picked it up ,a big thank you to Andy who was very helpful and accommodating throughout the process,big thumbs up
We arranged a test drive a couple of weeks ago and was looked after by Andy. It was great service and Andy was a pleasure to deal with. In the end we went for a car with another dealer. We were genuinely gutted it wasn't at Birkdale Cars as we were really impressed with them.

I bought a volvo v40 back in February, I left the dealership happy and had an overall good experience until problems began. Started with small things, a corroded 12v socket and low charge battery, and after 3 months I was replacing broken coil springs which were highly corroded. After speaking with birkdale they dismissed to corrosion and said my waranty was 6 months or 70,000 miles for context I bought the car with 68600 miles on it so no help or support then. The best experience I've ever had of buying a car, and I've bought many. As a woman, car-buying can be tricky to say the least but the whole process felt comfortable and relaxing, with no pressure or hard sell. I'm delighted with my new car (Mazda CX5) and I have recommended this place to everyone I know!
