I would recommend Ashley Sargent to anyone looking for a kind, caring, compassionate, fierce, strong, intelligent and hard working lawyer. EDITED : Do not confuse legal ethics with moral ethics. This woman prides herself on being ethical but refused to file the necessary motions to get my parenting time back. When I spoke with other attorneys they said we should immediately fight to get your parenting time back. Ashley is very "By the book" and due to my case involving a criminal investigation and CPS I would have liked to have seen a sense of urgency and assertiveness to strive for justice.
