Bought a truck from this car lot had a slight tick in the motor the owner of the company said it was all right it cost me $4,800 to get a motor do not buy a vehicle from this guy he will rip you off he will not let you trade it back in even after a day he's no good does not hold up his word for anything he will take your money and will not have anything to do with you or make things right
Looked on Market place for a vehicle a listing for a 2014 Escape for 4500. thinking it was too good to be true.. I talked to Darren McCallister. he saw the add and said he was surprised at the price...im sure after we left Birk Motor Company ,Darren called Shannon and told him what had happened and he changed the price...if this is you do business I would say that's has crooked..
Birk will give you 10 different prices on one car say cheap on Facebook then be double that price.
Birk Motors in Jackson sold my nephew a car, and less than a month later, the transmission completely failed. The man has very good prices, but do not buy a car from him unless you’re ready to put in some money to get it inspection ready. 1400 just to get my car road ready. Then doesnt want to make anything right. Which I’m pretty sure in MO you can’t sell at a lot a car that won’t pass inspection.
