I also rent in the same building as Biringer and I can truly say that the staff here has been wonderful and kind everytime I see them in the office. I have had several clients of my practice that had houses built by Biringer and they have nothing but praise for the quality and beauty of their houses. I have had the misfortune of purchasing a home that was renovated by Biringer Builders for the former owner. While the finishes on the home looked very nice, my past year of ownership has been marked by discovery of many corners that were cut and having to repair or replace many items that were not done correctly the first time. One example includes incorrectly laid tile floors that are having to be taken up and redone. Fit and finish in many areas of the home were poorly done as well. Doesn't pay subcontractors. Work get's finished and then he disappears. Do not recommend working for this company.
We built a custom home with Biringer last year and moved in in November. We have nothing but great things to say about Biringer and their team. We feel like they brought our dreams to life. Every week we say how much we love our home! They are working on the 90 day walkthrough now, and we can’t say enough how much we appreciate the attention to detail the team puts into our home. If we ever build another home, we would absolutely choose them again!
