I love Dr. Brara! He is a great doctor, and is very patient.
I saw the female Dr and she was helpful got a referral to specialty Dr will write more later see how it goes
Dr. Brara herself is a very nice woman who asks questions and does her job. I like her. Every time I make an appointment I am put on hold for 10+ minutes. I usually hang up and call back only to be put on hold again. I'll make an appointment and won't get into the office for vitals at least an hour or more later. After another 15-20 minutes of waiting in a room does Dr. Brara come in to help me. And she usually only helps me for like 5 minutes. -5 star.. worst.. worst experience ever. Un professional customer care. I visit them 2016 feb. Never call me back for the result. I still dont know the results for my blood test and xray. I called them and try to find the results and they ask me where i had a test.... I went 2 different places, that they suggested. Dr. Asked me few questions and left... so stupid...
The good reviews on here must be from family or good friends they've asked to write fake ones - because this is certainly one of the worst Doctor's offices I've ever been to. Extremely rude and condescending Doctor who is most definitely in the wrong field. Incompetent staff. Please avoid this office and doctor at all costs!
