Went in as a new patient to get a prescription for my anti depressants to help treat my anxiety and depression, his response was “aren’t you too young to have depression?” and laughed as if my problems were a joke. It really messed me up and has made it hard for me to see doctors again. An absolute disgrace of a doctor, I hope someone close to you suffers from mental illness so maybe you can start to better understand mental health struggles instead of laughing at them.
