Can't rate any lower or I could. Thought this was a proper firm so I Retained Mr. Birdwhistell for probate and it's been a circus. They have no plan of action, they don't listen , give proper legal advice or options. Hide or "forget" half the important crucial details to my case. I clearly made poor judgement retaining from this firm. I was on the phone with a firm and lawyer for 20 minutes and in that 20 minutes a woman with maybe half the experience of Mr.Birdwhistell had informed me on about 6 times the info about my case... read more
Took me over a year and $3000. To get a uncontested divorce. Call to find out what was going on and never could get him on the phone. Caleb is by far the worst lawyer I have ever had.
