Birdwell Automotive has solid mechanics who know what they are doing. I went in for a B1 service for my Acura and they handled everything without any hassle. The customer service was great, everything was explained clearly, and the work was done professionally. Honest service and fair work are hard to find these days, but this shop delivers. I will definitely be back!
I don’t usually leave reviews, but Birdwell Automotive earned it. These folks are as solid as they come. From the minute I walked in, they treated me like I’d been a customer for years. August 6th I came in because my AC was blowing cold then warm air intermittently. I was told I was a can low on freon so I paid $55.12 for the freon and labor. August 7th my AC stopped cooling completely and I was told to drop our car off on Monday, August 11, 2025, so the AC system could be inspected and diagnosed. Good, honest mechanics. The issue is with the business itself. There is almost never a receptionist on site. I have stood in the waiting room for over 30 minutes before and finally just called the shops public number and ONE OF THE MECHANICS stopped working to come answer the phone. I said "hello I'm in the waiting room can someone please come help me" and he came in and did all the receptionist's work to fill out my paperwork and take my keys etc. This is very common.
