Wonderful stay as a family of five. The cottage is beautiful and we got to see plenty of wildlife in just 2 days. Great location super close to the Sequoia Park entrance. Mars provided amazing customer service with helpful information and swift response to all our inquiries.
It seems that customer service is gone in today’s environment. Well not here. Mars was awesome and provided awesome service. The hotel and especially birdwatch cabin was so pleasant and clean. The total experience was second to none.
