These people wait until 10 min before a scheduled appointment to cancel! Then when you ask what the problem is they hang up on you!

I have used Birdsong for many years at several different properties and they have never failed me. They are quick to respond, sometimes even showing up a day or two earlier than scheduled. I have never had to call them back out on any of their repairs. I will continue using them and certainly recommend them! Thank you Birdsong!!!
