Had a tie rod replaced. Great service, quick and very professional.
These guys are good, really good. They fixed the mess-ups from another front end alignment place. I felt like they went the extra mile and showed me the problem parts that were put in by the other guys. They didn't talk bad or anything they were very professional they just show me what the problem was and fixed it.
Amazing service very realistic and they were able to help before my appointment since I had a quick and easy fix. Would recommend and would come back.
They like to talk down to women and make you feel bad about yourself. I have had to take my car back to a Honda dealership to fix what they have done.
Birdsong has always treated my fiance and i right. They are trustworthy, communicate well, and have great customer service. They have honnest pricing. Last time I brought my truck in the quoted me an initial price, and called me back before pickup to let me know they didn't have to do as much labor as they thought and brought the price down by $400. We will continue to use birdsong's services for our vehicles.
