I have been dealing with tinnitus for the past 3 years. Alysha help me understand what my hearing problem is and together we came up with several solutions to support it. She showed great technical expertise in her products as she was able to adjust settings to increase their performance and the patience to allow me to try try different devices. Great experience in customer service and someone who technically understands their product.
I was very impressed by the Birdsong Audiology. The hearing test was very thorough and everything was explained to me in an unhurried manner. I was presented with options, given trial hearing aids to try out and there was no pressure to purchase. The support provided was excellent once I did purchase hearing aids.

If asked to recommend a local hearing aid centre, I would not hesitate in naming Birdsong Audiology on Highway 60.
