Dr. Bird and her staff are absolutely amazing, friendly, professional, and compassionate. Price friendly and want to help you. The office is cozy and warm. Lots of choices too on frames.

I left a 1-star review because of an insurance and payment mishap, but the business reached out multiple times through multiple mediums (phone, email, etc.) which reminded me of all the good times we’ve had (ha!) so adjusting my review to reflect my full experience and not just one mishap.
I had a minor emergency and saw me immediately! It turned out to be very minor, thank God, but at the time I was worried. The entire staff was smiling and equally friendly. The optometrist was knowledgeable, caring, and glowing inside and out.. definitely recommend to others. Beautiful experience.
I am so happy and completely satisfied with Dr. Jennifer Bird. I can finally see better after 2 years of suffering from problems with cataract surgery issues. I highly recommend Dr. Bird to everyone especially to those who are looking for the best treatment, the nicest Dr.who wants to help you and the friendliest staff. Thank you Dr. Bird.
