The tattoo artist Jo has a very unprofessional way of speaking to customers. My cousin had made an appointment for a previous day, they waited and waited in the lobby just to see him starting a tattoo on another person, so they decided to leave and reschedule for Tuesday (5/27) @4 even checked if that date and time worked for him.
