Staff was friendly, caring and thorough. It went quickly with only one exception - I couldn't initially join the video call. Once I granted access to my camera it kept telling me the provider left the call. I refreshed my browser per the instructions and reloaded but kept getting the same message. But they just called me directly, we did it via phone and it was worth it to get such peace of mind. Thank you!
Super efficient and really great care. My own provider group was not available due to the holiday and all I needed was a prescription for Paxlovid. They got me in within three hours and determined I was a candidate for Paxlovid and called it in to my pharmacy. Highly recommend.
